Job description
- Responsible for strategizing, implementing, continuously providing drivers for Ahamove operations in all vehicle types
- Budget planning & budget allocation, use the budget optimally to achieve the plan in terms of operation and active driver
- Build the entire supply process, implement it, and regularly improve it to achieve organization's goals. Application of process optimization technology
- Develop and implement new driver standard control process.
Job requirement
- At least 3 years of experience
- Problem-solving and goal-accomplishing mindset
- Has strong analytical skills, making decisions by data
- The ability to plan, set goals and implement
- Leadership and human resource development
