Job description

  • Work with stakeholders/key end-users of Direct Team to define the detail business requirements.
  • Analyze, create, validate end-to-end business processes and detail out functional specifications for the required applications.
  • Suggest modification and improvement to business processes and frameworks for increase GSV of new and old user.
  • Building CRM to improve sales staff productivity.
  • Build dashboard and manage daily and weekly reports business results.
  • Support another project about: analyst, research, automation,...
  • Develop promotion scheme for Direct customers.
  • Control Cost/GSV.


  • Extensive experience in researching and analyzing market trends and business processes.
  • Familiar with statistics and experience using statistical packages for analyzing datasets (Excel, SPSS, SAS etc). SQL is a plus.
  • Good command in English.
  • Experience in monitoring and analyzing business results, competition and trends (SWOT analysis, market share review).
  • Adapt well with fast-paced working environment and manage multiple projects at the same time.
  • Efficient communication both spoken and written.
  • Ability to work independently and problems solving.
  • The ability to make decisions.
  • Good connectivity and work between departments.
