Responsibilities

• Develop solutions for operational issues;
• Coordinate with the operations department and other relevant departments to deploy departmental projects;
• Resolve incidents and issues related to systems and products (applications);
• Receive system/application functionality needs for development/enhancement from the Business team;
• Build automation scripts/scenarios to optimize productivity and improve work efficiency;
• Perform other assigned tasks or provide advice as directed by the direct manager.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of operations experience;
• Analytical skills, data-driven;
• SQL skills;
• Basic knowledge of algorithms/programming languages is a plus;
• Project planning and management skills;
• Fluency in English is an advantage.
