Job description

Talent Acquisition:

  • Manage, and organize the implementation of recruitment plan responding to business needs and under the decentralization;
  • Assist in giving the ideas to elaborate strategy and implement the plan to build up talent pool strategy, promote employer branding;
  • Assist in elaborating and completing recruitment tools/solutions and recruitment management system: synthesis and update candidates data system, recruitment process, interview guide, test tools system and evaluate candidates, communication tools….;
  • Control the use of definitions & responsible for the retention rate;
  • Elaborate and update standard HR structure, job list, and job description system

Business Partner: 

  • Monitor the performance of personnel, in charge of monitoring and controlling the promotion/acting of personnel to new positions;
  • Provide professional support and guidance, respond to questions from employees related to personnel records and policies under their respective units, or transfer information to relevant focal points;
  • Update and report labor market information and trends, recruitment situation of its business field;
  • Analyze, and report on the effectiveness of recruitment evaluation.

Job requirement

  • At least 3 years of experience in internal recruitment (experience in IT/Non-IT recruitment is an advantage);
  • Knowledges about retail market, HR policies, recruitment process of company;
  • General knowledge about HR Management (labour law, labour market…), specializing in HR planning and recruitment;
  • Good networking & interpersonal skills;
  • Willing to learn, ability to think out of the box and adapt to a fast-paced & flexible environment.
