Job description
- Assist in conducting research and implementing strategies to maximize employer brand;
- Assist in planning and operating activities for recruitment in term of lead generation and contact crawling (career fair,…);
- Assist in event coordination and on-ground support at offices events and external events;
- Work with other teams to utilize social media platforms to drive talent acquisitions;
- Assist other tasks as assigned.
Job requirement
- Third or final-year student in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, Marketing,… or related fields;
- Spending at least 20 working hours/week;
- Using a personal laptop;
- Be passionate about HR and interested in high-technology trending;
- Be proactive and willing to develop in a start-up environment.
