Manage the content (copy and visual) and development of creative projects from concept to completion, ensuring that all deliverables are completed on time and within budget;
Manage contents of own channels, outreach channels and develop social community;
Guiding the direction of creative projects and communicating a vision to team members;
Supervising content, illustration, art and graphic design staff;
Managing a team across departments and collaborating with other department leads on creative projects;
Resolving conflicts, disputes and disagreements within the team;
Monitoring the quality of digital assets and creative output;
Keeping up to date with new industry trends.

Bachelor's degree in marketing, communication, design, or related field;
5+ years of experience in MKT with at least 2 years of experience in a creative leadership role, leading a team of copywriters and designers;
Strong understanding of design principles and best practices;
Excellent communication and organizational skills;
Able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines;
Using design software is a plus
