Job description

  • Ensure operational indicators of driver partners such as: acceptance rate, fulfillment rate, productivity,…
  • Controlling the operation quality of SME service group by day/month/year;
  • Control costs, effective driver reward/support program;
  • Research/Recommend/deploy new projects, optimize/build processes to help optimize operations, increase operational quality;
  • Ensure cohesion of members in/inter-team, be the focal point to receive/process requests from related teams;
  • Perform other ad-hoc tasks when assigned by EE Manager to assist in management decision-making.

Job requirement

  • At least 2 year of experience in a similar position (experience in technology companies: On-demand, eCommerce, Fintech, Games is a plus);
  •  Proficiency in SQL, Python, Excel/Google Sheets non-code automation tools like integromat, google app script.
  • Knowledge of organizational effectiveness and operations management;
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills;
  • Self-starter, detail-oriented, and able to work well in a fast-paced environment.
