Job description
Operational Cost Management:
Analyze and track operational costs in detail and comprehensively.
Identify opportunities to reduce costs and optimize operational efficiency.
Develop and implement effective cost management strategies.
Report operational costs periodically to senior management.
Manage the Operational Data Analytics Team:
Lead, direct, and develop a team of at least 4 Operational Data Analysts in collecting, processing, and analyzing data related to business operations.
Develop and implement data analytics models to support business decision-making.
Work closely with other stakeholders to ensure data is used effectively.
Share insights from data with other teams in the company
Planning and Annual AOP Creation:
Participate in the company's annual planning and budgeting process.
Develop the AOP (Annual Operating Plan) for the Payment & Analytics team.
Monitor and adjust the AOP periodically to ensure targets are met.
Leadership Skills:
Lead and inspire the Payment & Analytics team to achieve common goals.
Develop and coach team members to enhance their capabilities and skills.
Foster a positive and collaborative work environment.
Evaluate team members' performance and provide constructive feedback.
Job requirement
Experience:
Bachelor's degree in Economics, Finance, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related field.
At least 3 years of experience working in cost management or data analytics.
At least 2 years of experience as a team leader.
Experience working in a startup environment is a plus.
Skills:
Strong data analysis and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Proficiency in data analytics tools and office software.
Qualities:
Highly motivated and results-oriented.
Adaptable and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent team player with a collaborative spirit.
Strong leadership skills and the ability to inspire others.
