Job description

  • Operational Cost Management:
    • Analyze and track operational costs in detail and comprehensively.
    • Identify opportunities to reduce costs and optimize operational efficiency.
    • Develop and implement effective cost management strategies.
    • Report operational costs periodically to senior management.
  • Manage the Operational Data Analytics Team:
    • Lead, direct, and develop a team of at least 4 Operational Data Analysts in collecting, processing, and analyzing data related to business operations.
    • Develop and implement data analytics models to support business decision-making.
    • Work closely with other stakeholders to ensure data is used effectively.
    • Share insights from data with other teams in the company
  • Planning and Annual AOP Creation:
    • Participate in the company's annual planning and budgeting process.
    • Develop the AOP (Annual Operating Plan) for the Payment & Analytics team.
    • Monitor and adjust the AOP periodically to ensure targets are met.
  • Leadership Skills:
    • Lead and inspire the Payment & Analytics team to achieve common goals.
    • Develop and coach team members to enhance their capabilities and skills.
    • Foster a positive and collaborative work environment.
    • Evaluate team members' performance and provide constructive feedback.

Job requirement

  • Experience:
    • Bachelor's degree in Economics, Finance, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related field.
    • At least 3 years of experience working in cost management or data analytics.
    • At least 2 years of experience as a team leader.
    • Experience working in a startup environment is a plus.
  • Skills:
    • Strong data analysis and problem-solving skills.
    • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
    • Proficiency in data analytics tools and office software.
  • Qualities:
    • Highly motivated and results-oriented.
    • Adaptable and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
    • Excellent team player with a collaborative spirit.
    • Strong leadership skills and the ability to inspire others.
