Job Description

• Support to prepare reports of data results, build up a dashboard from a variety of sources: SQL in Data Studio, Google Sheets, or Database; 
• Collecting data on payroll outputs, management and employee surveys, employment records, and exit interviews; 
• Implementing relevant HR metrics in order to determine the efficiency and impact of the workforce;

Job Requirements

• Undergraduate or fresh graduate in Computer Science, Data, Human Resources, Business Administration, or related fields;
• Interested in the Human Resources field;
• Strong Excel skills and a passion for data organization and process improvement;
• Able to work in a collaborative, team-based environment;
• Positive attitude and being able to thrive in a deadline-driven environment;
