We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Engagement & Learning Team Lead to join our growing team and drive our internal engagement and development initiatives.

Job Summary:

As the Engagement & Learning Team Lead, you will be responsible for developing and implementing engaging programs and initiatives that foster a positive and productive work environment for our employees. You will play a key role in shaping our company culture, promoting employee growth, and enhancing our employer brand.

Responsibilities:

  • Employee Engagement:
    • Develop and execute innovative employee engagement programs to boost morale, motivation, and productivity.
    • Lead the planning and execution of internal events, team-building activities…
    • Manage internal communication channels to ensure effective dissemination of company news, updates, and announcements.
    • Conduct regular employee engagement surveys and analyze feedback to identify areas for improvement.
    • Collaborate with the department to address employee concerns and implement solutions.
  • Learning & Development:
    • Design and deliver engaging training programs, workshops, and development initiatives.
    • Foster a culture of continuous learning and knowledge sharing within the organization.
    • Lead & Organize creative contests for employees
  • Employer Branding:
    • Develop and execute employer branding strategies to attract and retain top talent.
    • Collaborate with the recruitment team to create compelling content and experiences for potential candidates.
    • Manage and optimize company's social media presence to showcase our employer brand and attract qualified applicants.
    • Develop and implement employee advocacy programs to encourage employees to be brand ambassadors.

Job requirement

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in employee engagement, learning and development, or a related field.
  • Experience in technology companies, particularly in on-demand, e-commerce, fintech, or gaming industries is a plus.
  • Proven track record of successfully developing and implementing employee engagement
  • Having strong skills in creating content, independently raising ideas for internal and external events;
  • Writing compelling copy and crafting messages for an internal audience;
  • Building and managing positive relationships with stakeholders;
  • Project management and developing systems to improve efficiency;
  • Problem-solving skills, giving and receiving feedback;
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
