Job Summary:
As the Engagement & Learning Team Lead, you will be responsible for developing and implementing engaging programs and initiatives that foster a positive and productive work environment for our employees. You will play a key role in shaping our company culture, promoting employee growth, and enhancing our employer brand.
Responsibilities:
- Employee Engagement:
- Develop and execute innovative employee engagement programs to boost morale, motivation, and productivity.
- Lead the planning and execution of internal events, team-building activities…
- Manage internal communication channels to ensure effective dissemination of company news, updates, and announcements.
- Conduct regular employee engagement surveys and analyze feedback to identify areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with the department to address employee concerns and implement solutions.
- Learning & Development:
- Design and deliver engaging training programs, workshops, and development initiatives.
- Foster a culture of continuous learning and knowledge sharing within the organization.
- Lead & Organize creative contests for employees
- Employer Branding:
- Develop and execute employer branding strategies to attract and retain top talent.
- Collaborate with the recruitment team to create compelling content and experiences for potential candidates.
- Manage and optimize company's social media presence to showcase our employer brand and attract qualified applicants.
- Develop and implement employee advocacy programs to encourage employees to be brand ambassadors.
Job requirement
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in employee engagement, learning and development, or a related field.
- Experience in technology companies, particularly in on-demand, e-commerce, fintech, or gaming industries is a plus.
- Proven track record of successfully developing and implementing employee engagement
- Having strong skills in creating content, independently raising ideas for internal and external events;
- Writing compelling copy and crafting messages for an internal audience;
- Building and managing positive relationships with stakeholders;
- Project management and developing systems to improve efficiency;
- Problem-solving skills, giving and receiving feedback;
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
