Job description

Our company is actively looking for a confident and empathetic individual to join our team as a Customer Relations Executive. The role of a CRM is to focus on the interactions with current customers, enhance customer loyalty, and prevent customer churn.

  • Be responsible for all of campaign in-app aligned time and execution as PIC of BD-SME in CRM Squad.
  • Collect and analyze User behaviors analytics insights.
  • Analyzing data and creating reports for insights into communications channels operations and productivity.
  • Setup user journeys to prevent the churn risk on screen and order booking flows by Insider operations.
  • Pair with data team in app event to make sure the coverage of touchpoints needed in app
  • Utilize the appropriate and available communications channels to ensure key messages reaching proper target audiences at agreed intervals.
  • Manage and monitor users' from Facebook group, creating engaging content and tracking engagement by campaigns & initiatives.

Job requirement

  • Bachelor degree or equivalent
  • Proficiency in data analysis and utilization of customer relationship management (CRM) tools
  • Familiar with the products or services we are offering
  • Good in Microsoft Office, SQL is a plus
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Have a personal laptop
  • Analytical mind for problem-solving & actively innovative attitude
