Prepare customer service developing strategy to enhance the customer experience using Ahamove services;
Measuring the customer satisfaction and customer retention rate to evaluate the efficiency of the strategies;
Collect customer insights, identify factors affecting their experience;
Design future customer experience plans in each period and segment;
Measure, find out the cause and take timely action to improve the experience;
Actively link between departments to ensure an identical customer experience;
Provide internal and inter-departmental processes to maximize customer support;
Research best practices in customer experience to benchmark & propose initiatives.
Collect, survey and analyze customer insights; Research new policies for customers;
Develop a quality improvement strategy of the relationship between Ahamove and a large customer base;
Collect information, make policies, improve products to suit the needs of a large customer group;
Initiate actions to improve customer experience and lead end to end projects to deliver the initiatives improving customer experience across touchpoints.

Job Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Finance and Professional Communication;
Experienced in E-commerce, Logistic, Customer Service, Project Management/Strategy Planning is a plus;
Proactive, positive; integrity, flexible, can work under pressure; discipline;
Open mind and willing to learn;
Analytical skill & reporting skill
Can work independently or teamwork;
Problem-solving skill;
At least 1 years experiences in customer experience or related field;
Experienced in customer service, handling complaints and surveying customer satisfaction;
