Job Description

  • Prepare customer service developing strategy to enhance the customer experience using Ahamove services;
  • Measuring the customer satisfaction and customer retention rate to evaluate the efficiency of the strategies;
  • Collect customer insights, identify factors affecting their experience;
  • Design future customer experience plans in each period and segment;
  • Measure, find out the cause and take timely action to improve the experience;
  • Actively link between departments to ensure an identical customer experience;
  • Provide internal and inter-departmental processes to maximize customer support;
  • Research best practices in customer experience to benchmark & propose initiatives.
  • Collect, survey and analyze customer insights; Research new policies for customers;
  • Develop a quality improvement strategy of the relationship between Ahamove and a large customer base;
  • Collect information, make policies, improve products to suit the needs of a large customer group;
  • Initiate actions to improve customer experience and lead end to end projects to deliver the initiatives improving customer experience across touchpoints.
  • Representative for Customer’s Voice in the company’s projects. Make sure Customer Centric is applied through

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Finance and Professional Communication;
  • Experienced in E-commerce, Logistic, Customer Service, Project Management/Strategy Planning is a plus;
  • Proactive, positive; integrity, flexible, can work under pressure; discipline;
  • Open mind and willing to learn;
  • Analytical skill & reporting skill
  • Can work independently or teamwork;
  • Problem-solving skill;
  • At least 1 years experiences in customer experience or related field; 
  • Experienced in customer service, handling complaints and surveying customer satisfaction;
  • Ability to prepare and execute plan;
