Job description

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead, mentor, and develop high-performing operations teams: Operations Excellent, Operations Solutions, Payment & Analytics, and Quality Management.

- Oversee day-to-day operations to ensure seamless and efficient delivery services. Implement and maintain high operational standards to achieve business goals.

- Develop and execute strategic plans to optimize operations and improve service delivery. Identify and implement innovative solutions to streamline processes and reduce costs.

- Manage the operations budget and allocate resources effectively. Optimize resource utilization to achieve operational efficiency and cost-effectiveness.

- Ensure the highest level of service quality and customer satisfaction.

- Utilize data insights to make informed decisions and drive continuous improvement.

- Work closely with regional operations and other departments such as Sales, Marketing, and Tech to align operational strategies with company objectives.

- Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and company policies. Identify and mitigate operational risks to safeguard the company's interests.

Job requirement

- Education: Bachelor's degree or higher in Business Administration, Operations Management, Logistics, or related fields.

- Experience: Minimum of 7 years of experience in operations or logistics, with at least 3 years in a management role.

- Skills:

  + Strong leadership and team management skills.

  + Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.

  + Effective communication and presentation skills.

  + Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools.

  + Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
