Responsible for building financial models and templates;

Forecast monthly/quarterly cashflow positions when needed;
Control Annual Operating Plan (AOP): budgeting, forecasting, long-term planning, and performing the variance analysis between forecast and the actual result;
Track and monitor actual KPIs and financial performance against budget/forecast quarterly;
Review contract pricing using the pricing mechanism framework to evaluate and refine pricing strategies for key accounts.
Research market share, and market insight of any related markets & related industries to benchmark and forecast for company model;
Responsible for the company's treasury activities: including cash & bank money;
Control of purchases & payments (including goods/services/assets);

Review accounting team work done, financial statements, and completed management report;

Working with an external Audit team or Tax team to discuss issues or adjustments;
Planning & Budgeting: review budget versus actual results, participation in the strategic business planning process or partner with the Finance teams to provide analytical coverage of business results monthly to leadership;
Analysis and Performance Improvement;
Provide leadership in strengthening internal communications with staff at all levels throughout the organization; create and promote a positive and supportive work environment;
Responsible for working directly with Team leaders of Purchase to Pay & Order to Cash to accomplish assigned targets;
Build strong relationships with relevant external partners;
Perform other ad-hoc tasks when assigned by FP&A Manager to assist in management decision-making.

Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting; CPA a plus;
At least 2 years’ experience in a related position (experience in technology companies: Big4, On-demand, eCommerce, Fintech, Games
preferred);
Ability to synthesize large quantities of complex data into actionable information; - Excellent business judgment, analytical, and decision-making skills;
Knowledge of financial reporting and data mining tools such as SQL, Access, etc.
