Job Description

  • Generating leads and reaching out to potential customers through various channels such as cold calling, email marketing, field sales, direct sales.
  • Building and maintaining a strong relationship with existing customers by providing excellent customer service and identifying opportunities for upselling.
  • Conducting market research to identify new business opportunities and staying up-to-date with industry trends.
  • Preparing and delivering sales presentations and proposals to potential clients.
    Negotiating contracts and pricing with customers to close deals.
  • Collaborating with internal teams such as marketing and product development to ensure customer needs are met and to stay informed about product updates and new releases.
  • Meeting and exceeding sales targets and KPIs.
  • Maintaining accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and sales forecasts.
  • Staying up-to-date with competitor activity and adjusting sales strategies accordingly.
  • Attending industry events and conferences to build a network and stay informed about industry developments.

Job Requirements

  • Candidates who have graduated or pre-graduated from these fields: Marketing, Business Administration, E-Commerce, Finance, Banking
  • Good communication, and understanding of customer psychology;
  • Customer care;
  • Problem-Solving skills;
  • Ability to work under pressure and finish on time;
  • Proficient in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint;
  • At least 3-year experience in Sales;
