[HAN/HCM] Growth Marketing Leader

Job Description:

  • Develop a plan and detail the implementation of the search for new Growth MKT channels for customer or driver acquisition;
  • Survey, refer to effective growth features for customers or drivers;
  • Connect with MKT teams and other departments (Product, Business
  • Development, Operations…) to develop customer or driver development strategies;
  • Research, test and develop new customer acquisition channels, new forms of customer search with optimal costs and advertising effectiveness;
  • Analyze existing metrics and test campaigns to generate reports and identify effective new merchant acquisition channels;
  • Gain a number of new customers and quality.


  • At least 2 years experience in a similar position or BA, Product MKT positions;
  • At least 1 year of management experience;
  • Good knowledge of growth marketing, B2B marketing, e-commerce;
  • Broad understanding of new, modern and effective communication channels with small and micro customers;
  • Understand the industry the company is in;
  • Having basic knowledge of the Vietnamese technology market, the company's competitors and potential partners;
  • Knowledge of statistics, modern statistical tools (SQL, GG Analytics).
